Clinicians and Survivors

When you feel like you’re drowning, learn to breathe differently.

I work with clinicians, caregivers, and survivors who live close to loss — people who know the weight of staying.

Together, we explore what happens after the flood: how to stay present in what feels unbearable, and how to find a yourself in the quiet after the storm — one rooted in the rediscovery of meaning, not pretense.

Offerings include:
- Individual & Group Consultation for Clinicians
- Suicide-Informed Supervision and Postvention Support
- Workshops on Grief, Endurance & Meaning Reconstruction
- Reflective Writing and Professional Development Sessions

In the deep end, we learn to swim. In reconstruction, we make the most of what’s already happened to you. This is not the end. We’ll construct a new story and in that, new insights, philosophies, and opportunities. We’ll figure out what to do next.

This is not where you drown. It’s where you learn to find yourself.
